3.2. Onjob Group is not responsible for the misuse of information once shared with the employer or candidate.


4. Service Fees

4.1. Any applicable fees for recruitment services will be communicated in advance and must be paid as per the agreed terms.
4.2. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement.


5. Responsibilities of Candidates

5.1. Candidates must ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of their resumes and supporting documents.
5.2. Any false information or misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.


6. Responsibilities of Employers

6.1. Employers must provide complete and accurate job descriptions, including roles, responsibilities, and compensation details.
6.2. Employers are responsible for adhering to labor laws and ensuring fair treatment of hired candidates.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Onjob Group acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates and is not liable for disputes arising between the two parties.
7.2. We do not guarantee job placements or candidate performance.


8. Termination of Services

8.1. Onjob Group reserves the right to terminate services to any candidate or employer who violates these terms or engages in unethical practices.
8.2. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any agreed obligations or fees.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
9.2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.


10. Amendments

10.1. Onjob Group reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Continued use of our services following changes to the terms indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
